John Lennon biography

Beginning with John Lennon biography, John was raised in a poor family and his father left when he was very young. His mother was murdered almost the same way as him.

Mark David Chapman 25 years old at the time, was accused of shooting the former Beatle seven times, hitting him five times only a few hours after John Lennon had autographed the album, Chapman had brought for John Lennon to sign.

Continuing with John Lennon biography, Mark Chapman was later convicted of the killing and sentenced to 20 years to life. In 1998 the same album was offered for sale on the internet for 1.8 million dollars.

John Lennon was very much against the violence around the world. John and Paul McCartney were the power behind the Beatles becoming so popular in the sixties.
